About Me

Jeff Fritz is a 3rd generation musician who began his studies on the violin with his father at the age of ten.  Jeff played in many local and state honor groups in his younger years, and in 2006 after studying with Dr. David Margetts transferred to Azusa Pacific Univ. as a Composition and Theory Major.

Violinist – Jeff performs with many of the areas great orchestras and chamber ensembles, and recently finished his Masters in Violin Performance at Fresno State with Dr. Toren-Immerman in 2015.

Teacher – Jeff is an Adjunct Professor of Music at the College of the Sequoias and is additionally blessed with 25 amazing students in his private studio ranging in ages and experience from beginner to advanced.

Director – besides getting to work with many of his favorite people in this great orchestra, Jeff also directs and oversees the Sequoia Youth Orchestras program, which gives over one-hundred of the most advanced students in the county the opportunity to excel in their talents.

Composer – Jeff is frequently writing and arranging works for local ensembles.  Many of Jeff’s original and arranged works can be found through JWpepper.com and are performed across the U.S.   

Most importantly, as a father and husband Jeff and his wife Lisa currently reside in Visalia with their sons Tyler and Henry, and daughters Violet and Megan.
